How to Cancel or Move a Booking on swimbooker

Understanding how cancellations and booking changes work with swimbooker venues

Because swimbooker hosts hundreds of independent venues and fisheries, we don’t handle cancellations or changes to bookings directly. Each venue sets their own cancellation and amendment policies — and ultimately, they have the final say on what’s allowed.


 

🧾 Who Can Approve Booking Changes?

All cancellation and amendment requests must go through the venue you’ve booked. swimbooker provides the platform, but the venue has full control over their booking rules and availability.

🔍 How to Contact the Venue

To check if your booking can be cancelled or moved:

  1. Go to the Search page on swimbooker

  2. Type your venue name into the search bar

  3. Click on the venue’s profile

  4. Scroll down to the Contact Information section — here you’ll find:

    • Phone number ☎️

    • Email address 📧

    • Social media links (if provided)

Reach out to them directly with your request.

 


 

📋 Be Ready With These Details

When contacting a venue, make sure you include:

  • Booking ID

  • Your full name

  • The dates of your booking

This helps the venue locate your booking quickly and makes it easier for them to assist you.
