Tips for getting back into your account when the reset isn’t working

⚠️ Common Issues & Fixes

1. Special Characters in Your Password

Some special characters aren’t supported in our system. To avoid issues:

  • Stick to letters, numbers, and simple characters like @ ! - ? #

  • Avoid using complex characters or emojis in your password

 


 

2. Autofill Confusion

Your phone or browser might be auto-filling your login fields with incorrect details from another saved account.

Tip:

  • Manually type in both your email and password — don’t rely on saved logins.

  • Double-check for spelling errors or sneaky auto-correct changes 🤖

 


 

3. Try a Simple Password First

If you’ve tried everything and it’s still not working:

  • Reset your password again, but this time use something super simple like ANGLER123 just to get access

  • Once you’re logged in, you can go to your profile settings and change it to something more secure

This helps rule out whether it’s a password issue or something else.
