I’ve Booked a Lake Exclusive but My Confirmation Only Says “One Angler” — What’s Going On?
Totally fair question — this one catches a few people out! 🎣 If your confirmation email says “One Angler” even though you booked a Lake Exclusive, don’t worry — everything is still correct. Here’s why it happens 👇
💡 Why It Shows “One Angler”
When you book a Lake Exclusive on swimbooker, the system automatically assigns the booking to the primary angler (that’s you!).
Because of this, your confirmation may display “One Angler” — but this simply means you’re the lead booker, not that only one person can attend.
🎣 What “Lake Exclusive” Actually Means
On Step 1 of the booking process, you’ll see that a Lake Exclusive clearly states:
“Up to X Anglers”
This means:
-
You’ve reserved the entire lake, not just one peg.
-
You can decide how many anglers attend — up to the limit shown.
-
Some anglers fish solo, others bring a few friends — it’s completely your choice! 🙌
So even though your confirmation mentions one angler, your booking type (shown as “Lake Exclusive”) confirms that the lake is entirely yours for the duration of your booking.
✅ Double-Check Your Confirmation
Open your confirmation email and look for the section that says Booking Type.
You’ll see it listed as:
Lake Exclusive
That’s your proof that you’ve booked the full lake. Everything’s in order — no action needed!
