I Want to Add Rods or Make Other Changes to My Booking
Here’s how to update your booking with more rods, guests, or extra time 🎣🕒
🔧 Bookings Can’t Be Edited Directly
Once your booking has been confirmed and paid for, you won’t be able to make changes directly through your swimbooker account. This includes adjustments such as:

Adding extra rods

Bringing additional anglers or non-angling guests

Extending your session (e.g. from 24 hours to 48 hours)

Modifying booking details like dates or swim selection
✅ How to Request a Booking Change
To make a change to your booking:

Contact the venue directly – they are best placed to approve and manage your request

The venue will either:

Update your booking via their admin dashboard, or

Confirm with swimbooker that they approve the change

Once authorised, swimbooker support can process the change and send you an updated confirmation
We recommend including your Booking ID when contacting the venue to speed things up.
