I Selected 2 or 3 Rods Per Angler — But My Booking Confirmation Shows a Different Number!

Don’t worry — this one’s a common question! 👇  If you’ve booked for multiple anglers and chosen a different number of rods for each person, you might notice that your confirmation email seems to only show one angler’s rod count.  Here’s why (and how it actually works).

🧾 Why Your Confirmation Looks That Way

When you make a group booking on swimbooker, each angler in your party gets their own individual booking confirmation.

So if you selected:

  • 🎣 Angler A — 2 rods

  • 🎣 Angler B — 3 rods

Then:

  • Angler A’s email will show 2 rods, and

  • Angler B’s email will show 3 rods.

If you’re the organiser, you’ll only see one of those confirmations — which is why it can look like the total number of rods is lower than expected.

 


 

✅ Rest Assured

Whatever combination of rods you selected at checkout will be accurately recorded in the booking system and visible to the venue.

When you arrive at the lake, the fishery will have a record of the correct number of rods for each angler.
