💳 Buying a Gift Card
While we’re busy developing a new system for venues to create their own vouchers and gift cards, we currently offer generic swimbooker gift cards that can be used at any swimbooker venue.

Gift cards are available in multiple values — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or a surprise treat for your favourite angler 🎣
Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with your voucher code and instructions for redeeming it.
🪣 Redeeming a Gift Card
When you (or the person you’re gifting) are ready to use the voucher, simply:
1️⃣ Contact swimbooker support by email or phone.
2️⃣ Tell us which venue you’d like to book.
3️⃣ We’ll handle the rest! ✅
Depending on your booking:

💰 If the booking matches the voucher value, we’ll complete the booking and send payment to the venue directly.

➕ If the booking costs more than the voucher value, we’ll deduct the voucher amount and send a secure payment link for the remaining balance.

💫 If there’s credit left over, we’ll keep it safely on your account to use towards your next booking!

We’re currently working on a new feature that will allow individual fisheries to generate and sell their own vouchers directly through swimbooker — giving anglers even more flexibility and choice. Stay tuned for updates coming soon! 🚀
