How do I go about getting a refund for my booking?
Is it possible to get refunds from swimbooker?
Absolutely, great question! According to our booking terms and conditions, refunds have to be authorised by the venue where you made your booking. It's best to reach out to them directly to sort out a refund. Most venues are quite accommodating and will either provide a refund or help you reschedule your booking to alternative dates.
Recently, we've released the ability for venues to deal with this request directly. Please contact the venue you've booked with and provide the following details:
- BOOKING ID
- FIRST & LAST NAME
- SESSION DATES
With this information, plus you reason for requesting a refund, the venue will be able to decide whether your request complies with their terms and conditions.
