Need to move your swim or switch to a different peg? No problem — in most cases, it’s easy to sort out with a quick message to your venue.
For fairness and availability reasons, anglers can’t edit bookings themselves, but your fishery can make any changes directly in their system for you.
🏠 Changing Your Swim After Booking
Anglers can’t make swim changes on their own — only the fishery can edit bookings once they’ve been made.
To request a change, just get in touch with the venue directly and include the following:

Your full name

Your Booking ID (found in your confirmation email or swimbooker app)

Your session date

The new swim or date you’d like to move to
Once they receive your message, the venue can check availability and update your booking for you. Easy! ✅
💬 How to Contact the Venue
1️⃣ Head to the venue’s page on swimbooker or check your booking confirmation email for contact details.
2️⃣ Send them your request with all the info listed above.
3️⃣ The venue will review your request and confirm by email or phone if the change is possible.
4️⃣ You’ll receive a new booking confirmation email once it’s been updated.
💡 Tip: If your session is coming up soon, call the venue first so they can act quickly — then follow up with a message or email to confirm in writing.

Can I change my swim through the website or app?
Not at the moment. Only the venue can make those changes to avoid double-bookings or overbooking swims.
Will I be charged for changing my booking?
Some venues might charge a small admin fee or adjust the price if the new swim is different. This is entirely up to the fishery.
How close to my session can I request a change?
This depends on the venue’s policy. We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
